Not releasing address after cancellation

Vox is very eager to assist with new business and connections, but once you want to cancel their subscription they do not reply or respond to any of your queries. I cancelled my subscription due to price differences. They don't want to release my address for the new supplier to take over. Send numerous emails and called 3x times without any success.....
