NOT IMPRESSED!!

Signed up with Vox over 2 months ago and was unable to select Capitec as a Bank for the debit order. Long story short, the debit order went through (unknowingly) and in addition to that they asked me to pay via manual EFT.

Essentially I payed twice, notified them of the issue, they have not reimbursed me and this has been going on 4+ weeks now.
