Vox is the worst Wi-Fi service provider ever!" I paid my account via the VOX portal on the 24th of October. I do have the receipts!!

I'VE BEEN GETTING MESSAGES SAYING MY DEBIT ORDER HASN'T GONE THROUGH AND NOW I'M BEING CHARGED WITH EXTRA FEES!! SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB AT VOX ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!!! Ive never had an issue paying it before the debit order via there VOX portal. Now all of a sudden someone is messing up and the client must pay... NOPE! NOT THIS CLIENT!! I'M CANCELLING MY MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT WITH VOX TODAY!! THEY MUST COME AND FETCH THERE STUFF!! AND I WANT MY FULL REFUND THAT I ALREADY PAID.. Going to go back to my previous provider. It's true what they say.. the grass is not always greener on the other side.. lesson learnt..
