Not honoring commitments

Contacted VOX to make sure that my office 365 will be renewed before 1 Nov also made sure payment was made well in advance to avoid any disruption to my business, but even though Microsoft had been giving warnings that service will stop 4 Nov I had thought that Vox would respond to my mails in time or at least make sure the service I paid for was available but NO - it is 1 Nov and I cannot use my excel properly and is stuck paying for the office service manually - I had already paid for Nov to Dec. I no longer have trust in them to honour their part of our agreement and would like them to contact me to come get their stuff as I am already looking for new providers
