Not happy with vox service
I'm not happy with vox they came and installed the wifi. After that I tried phoning the sales guy to say I don't have connection. After months they attended my case. I was told I must pay and I refused because I was never connected. We reached an agreement their guy told me they say I won't pay. As I speak with you I'm owing 5,700 but only had a connection only once. If I'm paying for installation and equipment I will understand but not Wi-Fi. Please assist not happy with their service and I will take the to court.
