Not happy about vox service
Requested WiFi installation from vox and got my WiFi installed but when I got my bill I was being charged for 2 separate connections ,I tried contacting them on email and made multiple calls and got put on hold for hours just for them to end up not taking the call and not replying to emails ,really poor customer service ,gave it a one star rating because this website forces you to give at least one star if it was up to me I wouldn't even give it a star
