Not getting what I ordered and am paying for

I ordered a monthly service from Vox Telecom to provide business connectivity to a Vumatel fibre link. This was ordered only after I was assured by Vumatel that they could provide 3 static IP addresses . The 3 static fixed IP addresses were ordered and paid for in the Vox Telekom order. The provision of these is mission critical for our business. <br> <br> Perhaps VOX do not understand the meaning of the word static because these addresses change every 24 hours which is of absolutely no use to us. I have spent almost a week communication with the technical support team at Vox - whilst I must commend them for their efforts I dont think we are going to resolve the problem this way.<br> <br> Further issues include the non delivery of VOIP phones which I ordered and this is costing me money.<br>
