Not available on Saturdays

Sent am email this morning.. on Saturday.. no response .. I guess they can't help over a weekend.. so when you have problems with your fibre.. don't bother.. it's your money .. that's gone to waste.. no help available on weekends. Endure their nonsense for 48 hrs. That's what I'm paying for.. and their response will not be a call.. but only an email . Where I have to call.. ha ha ha.. customer service you can count on
