Not attending to customer service

Bad customer service , I've phoned numerous times trying to speak to their support team but whenever I call they tell me it's been escalated to the engineering team I've been waiting almost 1 week for anyone from there team to call me back regarding my internet service but nobody has called and they are ever ready to debut your bank account for there premiums , South African government needs to do something about these companies . Guys don't ever use vox as ur internet service provider I will never recommend them I'm already canceling my services with them
