Not a leading provider!

Once again you deserve less than a start for poor service and lack of communication. I ordered a UPS in November and this has never been delivered to my address! You keep on delivering and Collecting routers! I had to inform you that the courier was hijacked , you promised to deliver a UPS just to find a router in the lucky packet. You then send the courier again to collect a router and then delivered another router on the 7th February 2024.I was then contacted after complaining and informed that you still want to deliver another router , apparently some other person at a different address signed and took ownership of the router. So does you courier not confirm or contact the relevant person to ensure that they are delivering to the correct address? The Skynet courier regularly visits my address just to collect and deliver routers , which was not what I ordered. I informed your personnel that I do not want the UPS anymore since you failed to deliver twice! Now I see there is a cancellation request with *** and a penalty due of R835.50 - I have never received this equipment so why am I being charged? I have nothing good to say about VOX anymore and would not recommend anyone to make use of your unprofessional service , you promise very high and deliver low , you just make the whole process stressful when doing business with you , Call Centre staff transfer you from pillar to post and then the call gets cut off , due to an error during your transfer , do not charge me a penalty fee as you have failed to deliver the equipment , you cannot charge me for something that I have not received or made use off!
