The worst ISP in the country. the level of service is pathetic. they keep transferring you from one agent to the other. i really don't think their agents know what they are doing .my internet was down now my emails are down. i have logged many tickets from last week since i joined them but still no resolution to my issues. i dont trust them with anything. im regretting why i left my previous isp. worst mistake of my life
