Non existing service!!!
We are waiting for 2 business days for the debtors devision of VOX to phone us back in order to resolve an account issue. After numerous phone calls and empty call back promises, this issue is still not resolved. I cannot think of a worst customer service than to have an issue and nobody is available to assist you. All credibility lost VOx!!!
