Non existent service
I have been a Vox customer for 3 years. As soon as I moved to another property they were willing to send me a quotation, which I accepted. The consultant promises that installation will take place within 24-72 hours. After numerous calls, emails and even WhatsApp messages to the consultants, nothing has been done, and my original order has been cancelled. This is beyond frustrating. Even the infrastructure company (octotel) have tried contacting them to assist me, but to no avail.
