Non-Existent Customer Service
Placed an order through a reseller for vox fibre. still waiting for a router after 5 weeks.Now I'm trying to cancel this order to migrate to another ISP but it seems impossible to get hold of anyone from the cancellations dept.No response on the emails,no one picks up the phone. I'm stranded without home internet.
