Non existent after sales service from VOX
I have had the fiber service for about 6 months now, VOX provided me with an inferior wireless router with insufficient coverage. Apparently better options are available from the firm, which I requested, but 2 weeks and many emails later I don't even have a quote yet that was promised to me. I shudder to think what happens once I receive a quote, the installation time will be months?
