NON EXISTANT ASSISTANCE FROM VOX TELEOM

I have been struggling with an email issue since 16 July 2019. Today I received a phone call from the 6th person there and still my issue is not being resolved. Could someone please get me contact details of a director or management that could actually sort out this issue.
