non deserving customer begging for service

Good Day my name is Nhlanhla Msezane. Two weeks ago I happily app**** for a Vobi unlimited calls service to use on my cellphone data anywhere and to speed up the application I paid upfront whatsoever might be needed to activate the account. I also went the extra mile to make follow up calls have called the call center several times to find out about the progress and so far there is no straight answer. To my understanding nothing has been done. I am ready and willing to beg whosever in charge to offer me a service. Please help
