Nobody Responds

I took up the fatpipe deal with Vox ontuesday 28/07/2015. The very next i called to cancel. Apparently they dont have a cancellations department??? The lady told me to send an email to [Email Removed] I sent it and got an automated response. NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME. I HAVE NOT USED ANY OF THE DATA, I DO NOT WANT THIS DEAL ANYMORE. I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY R20 WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. HOWEVER R190.34 WAS DEDUCTED. CANCEL THIS AND REFUND MY MONEY, LIKE YESTERDAY ALREADY!
