NOBODY DOES ANT WORK OR TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR ACTIONS
WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHANGE OUR ACCOUNT INTO THE NEW BUSINESS NAME AND DETAILS SINCE MARCH 2021. THIS YEAR WE HAD A BIT OF HEADWAY AND THEY SENT US A NEW CONTRACT TO SIGN. IT WAS INCORRECT SENT IT BACK TO BE CORRECTED. STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM . THE INVOICE IS STILL IN OLD COMPANY NAME AND THEY HAVE ADDED FAX TO WHICH WAS REMOVED 2 MONTHS AGO FROM OLD ACCOUNT

Sales phoned and spoke to me yesterday after sending the same incorrect contrat and said it would be updated and sorted before the close of business yesterday. Guess what I am still waiting, and this is getting beyond frustrating. Please can someone with a bit of authority get it solved foe me?
