No wifi since 29/12/2022 because of VOX nxa
Iam appalled by the services non communication iam receiving from Vox, I registered with them on the 29th of December 2022 and till today iam waiting for someone to come and install the fiber, they keep sending me a message with a username and password,,,WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO WITH THAT INFORMATION IF I DONT EVEN HAVE THE ROOTER INSTALLED. your service socks and I do t know why you are still in service

U made me cancel my previous subscription with the other network because you gave me false hope. Now I haven without internet for over 2 weeks, does this make sense to you? Someone needs to get here today to install this thing and call me on ***. Escalating is not gone do any good at all...mxm

Tell me why it's taking so long for you people to install a simple rooter, this is ridiculous. U made me cancel my previous subscription with the other network because you gave me false hope. Now I haven without internet for over 2 weeks, does this make sense to you? Someone needs to get here today to install this thing and call me on ***. Escalating is not gone do any good at all...mxm
