I have now asked and logged tickets several times uploaded screenshots my domain shows displays active i received a new bill for the end of the month but no website active yet and no reply on the tickets

I thought there was a free domain (Website) with the hosting apparently not its only the hosting package and how caan i upload my website when i dont have one
