NO VALUE FOR MONEY

I received a new LTE Telkom router on Wednesday, till today it does not work and no one pays attention to my emails when i cry for help. It's surprising that such a big company like Vox can be so unprofessional!!! Should i cancel this and return the router or will i get proper assistance????!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
