No Urgency Whatsoever
Received a mail with instructions from Vox support to reset my email password. The website reset Function did not work and I contacted Vox Support.. The consultant tried but could also not get the system to change the password. He promised to escalate the issue and come back to me.. That was more than 2 days ago and I am still waiting and have no access to my email now.. Tried Vox WhatsApp chat and waited so long that I gave up in the end.
