No, the devise doesnt belong to you after 24 months of payment

I have now tried to make contact with billing 2 times. But now I am tired of waiting and being ignored. Two things on my list to sort out.

1. Customer complaint – Bad Customer service from accounts Aviwe. I was still busy talking and asking for certain things and she just cut me off. I had to start the process over in waiting for another person just to tell me, here is the cancellations email.

2. I would like to have the documents sent to me in regards to my contract on the VA-TP-DECOE4-2P-24: TP-Link Deco E4 AC1200 Whole-Home Mesh Wi-Fi System (2 Pack), in the one I signed it never stated that the devise will never be owned by me and that I will be liable for the rental payment forever on the item. This is unacceptable and I would like to have the proof of such. I have now since contract start date paid a total of R2785.74 towards this devise, to which I could have bought it cash online for R1599.00 or even from VOX for R1700.00. The payment of a never ending contract on a devise is not logical at all. As soon as I have received the contract I signed from you in regards to the MESH System I will review and advise accordingly on the cancellation. Please note this will also be posted on Hello Peter so that other clients don’t fall victim for the forever payment on devises.
