no support, no internet, STAY AWAY

i think they have closed down, if not they are about to close down.... my internet has been down for 2 days, logged several calls and not a word back from them.... i eventually got hold of someone on support, could not here a word they were saying but something about link africa the fibre they link up to has closed down....... would have been nice for vox to let us know.... shocking ISP, and i am sure not long to go before they close down.... stay away....
