No solution to my problem even after 2 months

After 2 months of issues with my service, I decided to cancel my service. I should have done it earlier but I had hoped they will sort out my Internet connection but with no success. Emty promises with no support what so ever from management. Bad bad bad bad service Stay away from Vox if all goes right and they will take your money every month but when things go wrong they will still take your money but give you no service. I have a problem but Vox do not think it is important enough to get sorted out even after the ticket was open for more than two months Stay away from Vox Stay away
