I am very disappointed in Vox
I have sold my home and moving to a new premises as at 30 June. I have called vox and asked them to assist me only to be told I need to pay a cancellation fee. I am not wanting to cancel my fibre, I just want to move it to the new address but Vox wants R2700. Afrihost & MWEB let you relocate your fibre so what is so special about Vox?
Please note: if you cancel within 12 months of activation, Vox will clawback the full subsidised installation / activation fees. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Terms and Conditions apply that’s your T&Cs – IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT TRANSFERRING OR MOVING !!!!!
Definitely wont go with Vox at my new premises!!!
