No services but I must pay full amount

I havent had connection from 7 December but expected to pay for the services got a letter of final demand because did not pay for the services in December. I am billed again in January was told will get a call back till today. Vumatel came to run a new line and the was loadsheding so could not test it. I am tired of calling,twitter post, hello peter complaints no resolution but I must just pay. Vox is pathetic
