NO SERVICE VOX TELECOM

Upgraded my email account, same problem exist, phone rings nobody is answering, the one time somebody took the time to answer the phone, I asked for technical just to be put through to a recording where I must choose an option already asked for. Choose my option was told that nobody ahead of my call, then was rerooted to a answering service where I must leave contact details. MY PROBLEM IS NOW, ON A MONDAY MORNING!!!!! Fedup.
