NO SERVICE RECEIVED

Dear Vox and Frogfoot Your company has just forwarded me an invoice and account statement for “our” Vox services. Which services? It took Vox three months to install the fibre line then when we tested the line it was not live. I called Vox to get support 5 times on Saturday each time I hold on for +/- 30 minutes and then the call cuts conveniently. I tried the WhatsApp line and Gladys Malatji attended to my messages. She did not assist me at all just said it is part of the outage and there is no ETA as to when it will work again. (transcript of the conversation is available). On Facebook messenger I was told Vox will call me shortly. Almost a week later and I am still waiting for this call. (screenshot of the messages is available) Our new access control installation was booked and without internet the installation could not happen. If I cancelled the installation there would have been costs involved. This is also a system that CANNOT be down at any time. I simply had to make another plan which I did and the installation went ahead with a different internet service provider Our complex cannot have a service provider that does not care about customer service and I as trustee does not have the time (I employed full time – not by Leeward Isles) to make dozens of calls and send messages to get a service working that should have worked when installed. THE FIBRE INSTALLATION LOOKS TERRIBLE. THE LINE HAS NOT WORKED FOR A SINGLE MINUTE. THE PERSON CAPTURING THE PAPERWORK COULD NOT GET THAT RIGHT EITHER. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT DID NOT WORK. I HAVE REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY CANCELLATION FEE OR ANY MONTHLY FEE SINCE WE HAVE RECEIVED ZERO SERVICE FROM ANYONE. THE CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT IS DUE TO VOX NOT BEING ABLE TO DELIVER THE SERVICE AS PROMISED. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AND SHOULD YOU TRY TAKING MONEY OFF OUR ACCOUNT A ***** CASE WILL BE OPENED.
