NO SERVICE FROM VOX TELECOMS

Increased my subscription without any notice. When i asked them to resend the email they put me on hold for 10 minutes & disconnected. Now on the phone with them for 8 min but no answer.

my account is R 90 in arrears . No proof of increase no customer service terrible service if you can call it that.
