No service from Vox

I signed up a contract with vox on the 18th of September 2023 with order number X***. Since then the only communication is the invoice I am receiving. There was no instalation that took place in my house. I don't know whether I am going to get the service from this company. I sent numerous emails and nobody is taking this matter serious as I haven't received a call from them. I am asking that the installation take place before the end of this week or cancel the contract. I can't do any work and my kids can't study because of the internet service. If you can't assist let me get another service provider please. My number is ***. Please by the end of this week if I don't get service cancel this contract.
