NO SERVICE FROM VOX

I requested for Fibre in my new complex over 2 weeks ago. I require fibre to work from Home. I know nothing about IT yet I have had to search for who services fibre in my area, which I did, and still nothing from SADV or Vox. This is costing me to not have internet and I have sent several mails asking for some service.

Vox is running a ad on the radio about being bored in Winter, at this stage I will be lucky to get fibre in by Summer
