No service from Vox
I've been waiting 7working days for a power source from Vox, after numerous calls and emails, a technician has still not contacted be to set up a time for installation..I can't believe it.

15 Aug 2025, 08:56Email received saying that my line is active, received my router yesterday. I was on the phone with the support centre for more than 40min last night as the self installation was unsuccessful. Plugged everything in and out all night, re tried the self installation numerous times.. called Vox support now again... and I was told I must wait another three days for a technician to come out.. I've been waiting since 05/08/2025..today is the 15th of August...my debit order is due today, but I have not had any satisfaction from this service provider..I'm so disappointed... have I chosen the correct service provider???
