No service!!!

It has been 5 days that we have not been assisted!!! Phone calls of more that 30 minutes and me having to try and play IT technician!!!

There was a communication send out on Wednesday that a issue with lines were experienced. The same day that issue was resolved. But our conectivity has never been restored. This has cost us numerous phone calls to various departments without ANY HELP!!!

We have been without internet now for 5days - no one has been able to help us and no one has been send to us to come and check what the issue is!!!! Now they want us to pay for someone to come out due to the fact that it is a weekend!! Everyone just logs a call but nothing happens!!!!!!

Is is totally unaccaptable!!!!! Monday is a public holiday this means that we will be without internet for a week!!!!

I am at the point where i want to cancel my Vox contract due to this persistant poor service!!!!!
