No service

Waited 3 months for installation,Vox always pointing at sadv. Had to fight with sadv myself finally got the installation on Friday the twenty third, tech advised that I can connect my pc via cable. There was no connection. I phone and was told that I should wait for router. Took another day of on Tuesday router arrived the installer said the problem is with sadv. Called sadv was told I'll sorted by Wednesday, no one came, I called them again was told Thursday... Today, nothing again. Called them again and was told Friday. I have given up in Vox and sadv. Sad thing is I got a call to rate the sadv and Vox from ask Africa. How do you think I rated them
