No Service

So last week 1 sent an email requesting info on fibre as I would like fibre connected at my home... I got a response from a lady named Tiffany asking that I send her my address and that she would check for coverage and then send me the price plans... Today still no response so I sent another mail and guess what? No response... Vox telecom obviously has too many clients that they aren't interested in new business... So I guess I will look elsewhere
