No Service besides price increases

So Vox have had two price increases since September last year amounting to a 21% overall increase.When CPI is at 4% this increase is unacceptable.To make it worse it has been 3 days of trying to speak to someone at Vox but no one answers phone and callback service does not work. To say you are worse than Telkom is paying you a compliment.You are eating from the bottom of the barrel.....
