No service

I have app**** for an Xbox deal that they offer. Last week Friday I was advised that it was approved and it will take 72 hours to be delivered. I still have not been contacted regarding the delivery. I have been phoning since Monday to change to delivery address but was transferred from one department to the other. Today I am phoning again to find out what is happening with the delivery but no one even bother to answer the phones. It just ring and ring and then gets dropped, after spending almost 2 min just getting through the IVR. It is sad to see this is how they treat their new customers.
