No response from Customer Service

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from Vox Telecoms regarding my subject mention account. Although my account has been activated and is up to date I am still waiting for the delivery of the router, which is crucial for me to utilize the services I am paying for.

I have attempted to follow up on this matter, but there has been no resolution, the excuse for the delay in unacceptable. This lack of service is highly disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience to me and my family. I kindly request an urgent resolution to this issue, this means immediate dispatch delivery of the router.
