No Responce

I am attempting to get a fibre installed in my house and the Product Specialist Co-Ordinator who assisted me with the contract, namely, Luzaan Janse van Rensburg, has not responded to any of my multiple mails requesting an update for weeks now.<br> <br> I get better service from Telkom with my ADSL. They are currently laying fibre in my neighbourhood, should probably wait for them at this rate.<br> <br> Poor service Luzaan!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Mr Hagner
