No Resolution in over 3 weeks
I have been begging and pleading with VOX to assist me in resolving my issue that I have logged more than 3 weeks ago with Ref No: VOX***9 which I am still experiencing the same issue till this day and have been asking for feedback. I have escalated this with their support department and still I seem to be getting no joy. I am really tired now of following up and asking for feedback. I sent follow up emails yesterday and Monday to Nereesh Ganesh who has been assisting me but I still haven't received any feedback. Can I please have feedback on this issue ASAP and have this issue resolved.
