No problems with Vox for me!

Despite everyone dissing Vox, I had a good experience with Vox so far. Yes, it took them 10 days to install a modem after Vuma laid the fibre line, but they did in fact only start billing me once it was all up and running. Fair and square. The line speed is as advertised, it never slows down, and I used it a lot so far. Torrents work at full speed too. I ported my landline number over to Vobi and they ported it in half the time they said it would take. One or two teething problems, but ironed out the same day. If there are any issues, there is a chat function and a call back function, and they do work well. Requested router access and it was granted quickly. So all in all, while I was slightly worried about all the bad reviews, I really can't complain about their services or products. All good on my side! Thanks Vox!
