No network during loadshedding
I have a problem with my fibre during loadshedding
I have a inverter system in my house so I don’t have any problems with electricity outages and things
But during loadshedding my Entire network is gone my router usually has 4 green lights recently during loadshedding it shows red lights
I work from home so now when this happens. I have to go back into my office which is a 35 min drive and it costs me money to travel where I pay every month on time for my fibre to home to work or be active so that I can work.
I’m never in arreas I have no problem paying but they can’t even let me know if something is wrong with their fibre to our homes
Please explain why this is happening without anyone communicating to us about it ?
