No internet service

Since beginning of May Vox fiber keeps dropping. Have contacted them multiple time. They keep making adjustments and they have replaced the router .Works for a few days then we sit with the same problem of no internet.Vox is more concerned about upping the line speed than making it a reliable service. My ref no: VOX***7
