No internet issue

Im a deeply dissatisfied client of yours. This is the second month, in a row, that i have no internet connection. The reff number for last month was :VOX***7 which was sorted within a week. That only lasted about a week or so until the same thing happened. This is the new ref number:VOX***7 which is still an open ticket. Even after 2 emails that was sent, i have yo pay a monthly subscription and buy data. I am a student and cannot even join my class at home, i have to download the classes at work and then watch it the following night. My subscription is R600 a month, and still have to fork out R 300 for data bcoz of this. I don't get my money back, but whats surprising is, im paying for a service that im not even enjoying a full month. This is unfair. Could someone please assist me with this.
