No internet for 6 daysV

I haven’t had internet for 6 days, I have called numerous times and each time I’m told they are escalating with Vodacom and they will call me back, I never get called back. This has to be the most pathetic service I’ve ever received, I will be moving to a different provider and would not recommend Vox to anyone.
