No internet connection and poor feedback

I am extremely frustrated with Vox, again. I have been with the service provider for 2 months and again experiencing technical issues. Its been 4 days now with no internet connection. Everyday I have been calling. Someone took us through the box and the router to check over the phone, so apparently theres a problem because the router only has one light. I have been advised that a technician will be sent through, i still received no feedback and had to call again. NOW WHAT IS WORSE IS THAT THEY TELL ME THAT I MUST PAY A CALL OUT FEE IF SOMEONE COMES IN 😡

IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED TODAY I AM CANCELLING MY SERVICES AND LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!
