No internet and no customer service
Have had issues with my fibre since Tuesday and the line finally went down around 11 am yesterday. I contacted Vox 3 times yesterday. Promised to get back to me with an answer. Still nothing. Gonna change ISP. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!
