No internet access & no explanation!

I’m appalled at the customer service by VOX. I have had no internet the whole day so I’ve been trying to get hold of this company. Not 1 person has called me back. And The sad music they playing in the background is pathetic! Does this company even have staff? This is my reference number: VOX***6. If I do not receive feedback from by today I’m canceling and reporting them.
